Update for those interested.....

An interesting thing, these blogs.

A chance to vent to the entire universe concerning everything from the most mundane to the most life changing. I think I might like it here. However, since I am currently confined to posting in my apartment, I do not know how many times you will be rewarded with literature nuggets from the GDP. I am saving up for a PowerBook and when it arrives, hoo boy! However, this being the time for resolutions, (cue Jackie Gleason) and aaaaaaaway we go!

I think I should start by giving everyone an update on my current situation. I am currently living in Rockville, MD with the best man from my wedding and the best kind of friend anyone could ask for, Ron Dermady.

Friends tell me that I have the best kind of deal anyone could ask for. Married but living the single life. Not to sound too sappy...but it's just not the case. Amy, my wife, is a rock. She's living alone for five days a week and doing a tremendous job with her first grade class. All this while pursuing (very successfully) her Master's degree. If you didn't know it before, know it now, she is the greatest source of inspiration that anyone could ask for.

I love scotch, scotchty scotch-scotch. Here it goes down, down into my belly. Mmm, mmm, mmm.

Sorry, Anchorman moment......

New Year's is almost upon us and we are once again going to be heading down to Polly Esther's in D.C. How could you not? Great price, all you can eat and drink, good music and a great place. A 1970's retro-bar, however we will not be getting dressed up....I fresh out of leisure suits.

After that it's back to work and back to the weekend grind that is USA Hockey officiating. I am a Level 3 this year (for those of you that do not know.....that's very good) I've started to get UVA games and Tier II Junior games. Neil Peart wrote "Big Money goes around the world." I, however, only have to go to Laurel, MD.

We'll see how I do with this...Aim's coming down for NYE then she head's back up to Nanuet to see her first graders and graduate books. She's a trooper, and a pretty darn good looking one at that.

Good Day!
